Wooden doors inside spread a warm cozy atmosphere

Front doors and windows are in PVC with thermic seals, glass 2,5 cm same as inside doors.
The entrance door is armored, aluminium outside, wood inside same as inside doors.
Inside floors are in first choice colored ceramic, matching each type of apartment.

Each apartment’s electricity plant is conform to law; TV and satellite sockets; Wi-Fi, air conditioning and/or heating, flat screen TV, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, iron board, safe.

The apartments are completely furnished but can be personalized.

Each apartment has its own parking lot in the basement.

Each apartment has its own electric and hydraulic meter.
